Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly review the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as the item has not been shipped.
